Delivery, Order & Cancellation Policy

1. Full Advance Payment Policy

All orders require 100% advance payment to confirm booking. Production slots are reserved only after payment is received on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.

  • Order Notice Requirements:
    • Signature / Standard Cakes: Minimum 24 hours advance booking
    • Custom / Tier / Event Cakes: 48–72 hours (depending on complexity)

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to customized preparation and ingredient sourcing, all confirmed orders are non-refundable. In special cases, order value may be converted into store credit at management discretion.

Changes must be requested before production starts. Once production begins, changes may not be possible, and additional charges may apply for design or flavor upgrades.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Orders must be collected at the agreed time. Delivery timing is estimated and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

  • Ama’s Bakery is not responsible for damage after handover.
  • Storage Responsibility: Cakes must be stored in refrigeration unless advised otherwise. We are not responsible for quality issues due to improper storage after collection.
  • Handmade Nature: Slight artistic variation may occur, reflecting the artisanal nature of premium custom baking.
