1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and placing an order with Ama's Bakery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Product Representation
All our products are handmade. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color, design, and decoration may occur. Images on the website are for representation purposes.
3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, or other allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any allergies. Ama's Bakery is not liable for allergic reactions.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required via our online payment gateway to confirm your booking. Orders are only processed once payment is verified.
5. Lead Times & Availability
Orders must follow our lead time policy: 24h for Menu, 2 days for Custom/Occasion, and 5 days for Wedding cakes. We reserve the right to decline orders if our daily capacity is reached.
6. Liability
Once an order is delivered or picked up, Ama's Bakery is no longer responsible for any damage caused by improper handling, storage, or high temperatures.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
